Job Title: Campus Care Associate
Location: Family Life Church
Campus: 1015 E. Florence Blvd. Casa Grande, AZ 85122
Reports To: Campus Coordinator
Job Summary:
Family Life Church is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Campus Care Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our church family, staff, and guests. This role is vital to supporting ministry by ensuring our campus reflects excellence and care. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility with two in-person day per week at the Family Life Church corporate office and two work from anywhere days.
Key Responsibilities:
•Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, offices, sanctuary, and common areas
•Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash regularly
•Set up and break down rooms for services, events, and meetings as needed
•Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
•Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
•Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines
Requirements:
•Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
•Strong attention to detail
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
•Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required- Willingness to be flexible with working hours and availability to assist with calls and tasks outside normal hours when required.
•A strong commitment to the mission, vision and efficiency of Family Life Church. The ideal candidate would also be a member of the church, however not required.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Base Pay: $15.50/h
- Hours: 5-10 hours per week
Standard working hours are one weekday prep for weekend celebrations and cleanliness during Sunday services, Tuesday-Friday, additional hours may be provided based on special events. Campus Coordinator will provide a weekly schedule.
