Job Title: Campus Coordinator

Job Summary:
Family Life Church is seeking an efficient, reliable, and detail-oriented Campus Coordinator to join our team. This individual will oversee administrative duties and support the operational needs of the church campus. As the point of contact for all administrative tasks, the Campus Coordinator will work closely with the Lead Pastor to ensure smooth operations, assist with event coordination and planning, and provide organizational support for ministry functions. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility with two in-person day per week at the Family Life Church corporate office and two work from anywhere days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, document management, and maintaining organized files.
- Oversee communication channels, ensuring all calls, guest follow up, emails, and messages are promptly answered and properly directed.
- Provide office management support like the role of an office manager, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a functional and welcoming office environment.
- Coordinate and support church events, including conferences, services, and special activities. Work with the Lead Pastor and Team Leaders to ensure all logistics are covered.
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and ministry-related activities. Activities may include managing website, graphics, sermon uploads, blogs and other digital items as requested.
- Manage the ministry calendar of Lead Pastor, including scheduling meetings, coordinating ministry travel, guidance conversations, and all appointments with members.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to service planning, Pastor’s meetings, and church events are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attend and assist with all Sunday services and a minimum of two Bible studies per month.
- Be available before and after all services to assist the Lead Pastor and remain with the Pastor’s family for the duration of services and events.
- Assist with personal tasks or additional requests from the Lead Pastor as needed.
- Provide flexibility in hours based on the church’s schedule, with a standard range of 15-30 hours per week, depending on internal events and conferences.

Requirements:
- All Family Life Church staff must be active members of the church, tithing is required and closely monitored for all paid staff.
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or similar roles, ideally within a church or nonprofit setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and general office technology.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours and availability to assist with calls and tasks outside normal hours when required.
- FLC Campus Coordinator must be present at all Sunday services and minimum 2 Bible studies, as well as before and after services.
- A strong commitment to the mission, vision and efficiency of Family Life Church. Due to the nature of the Campus Coordinator role, the ideal candidate would not be permitted to miss more than 4 Calendar Sundays per year.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Base Pay: Available During Interview
- Hours: 15-30 hours per week, depending on the schedule of internal events and conferences. 15 base hours, up to 30 hours upon request.
- Hybrid and flexible work arrangement, upon request must be willing to meet at FLC Campus.
- Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday-Friday, with occasional calls outside of these hours as needed. Campus Coordinators weekly schedule is self-directed within allotted time, apart from a specified request from the Lead Pastor.
