Pastor Jerome White is the founding and Lead Pastor of Family Life Church in Casa Grande, Arizona. Alongside his wife, Jazman White, and their four children, he launched the church on Easter Sunday in 2023 after sensing God's call to plant a life-giving, family-centered church in the Casa Grande community. Their vision was to create a place where individuals could find belonging, families could grow together in faith, and people from every background could experience the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Under Pastor Jerome's leadership, Family Life Church has grown and become known for its practical, Bible-centered teaching, welcoming culture, and commitment to making faith accessible to people in every season of life. His preaching emphasizes spiritual growth, biblical truth, personal discipleship, generosity, strong families, and equipping believers to live out their faith beyond Sunday services.

Pastor Jerome's vision extends beyond growing a congregation. He is passionate about building a church that serves the community, develops leaders, strengthens families, and creates opportunities for people to discover their God-given purpose. Through worship services, Bible studies, outreach initiatives, children's and youth ministries, and community partnerships, Family Life Church continues to pursue its mission of helping individuals become family and connecting families to Jesus.

Today, Pastor Jerome White continues to lead Family Life Church with a focus on biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and Kingdom impact, encouraging people to grow in their relationship with Christ while making a lasting difference in Casa Grande and beyond.
