The mission of Family Life Church is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

The vision of Family Life Church is create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their lord and savior. Individuals Become Family & Families Get Connected To Jesus.

Meet Our Pastor and Family

Family Life Church is a Non-Denominational Church in Casa Grande, AZ. Family Life Church held its first service on Easter Sunday of 2023, Founded by Pastor Jerome and Jazman White along with their 4 children (
Lynnix, Mila, Joseph, Andrew). Family Life Church is a new church plant, Jerome and Jazman felt called from the Lord to move to Casa Grande, AZ, and plant not only their family here but Family Life Church as well.

Family Life Church has active ministers that are tasked with leading various areas of the ministry. They each play a vital role in being a pillar of the church and supporting our congregation.

Tammy Castellanos

Minister
The Mother of Pastor Jerome and a Minister in her own right, Mrs. Tammy is often found in common areas giving a moms love to all.

Daniel Lopez

Minister
A long time member and board member within FLC, Daniel can often be found on exterior or operational sides of the ministry. 

Renee Harris

Minister
After years of serving in church for years and leading generations of her family, Minister Renee joined FLC and can be found near the bookcases giving hugs worth driving miles for.

Sherry Farmer

Minister
Youth Ministry, teaching and coaching created a heart of gold and a keen eye for God's spirit, Minister Sherry can be found leading the Production area of the church.

Joseph "Jaye" Figueroa 

Minister
Prayer and connection is always close to him, daily motivation exudes from him and he is often found in the Sanctuary preparing the atmosphere in prayer.

Jenetha Figueroa

Minister
Traveling with Pastor for 10+ years, having been apart of the journey her natural style and real life approach brands her uniqueness. Minister Jenetha  can often be found floating around the building. 

Santannah Krum

FLC Kids Director
Lesson planning, administration and kids journey to follow Jesus all roll up under FLC Kids. Santannah can be found between classrooms and occasionally in the Sanctuary. 

Micrita Calloway

Campus Coordinator
Administration, operations and the task of Coordinating all ongoing efforts of Family Life Church. Micrita is on staff with the church and represents FLC throughout the week.
